Confits, Fine Pâtés, and Rillettes

As with our Foie Gras, we pay a meticulous care to the elaboration of our Rillettes (handmade), our fine Pâtés (more meat, less fat) or our confits. They are all elaborated by our chefs according to traditional recipes and of course with our particular mix of spices
