How to serve and cut the Foie Gras ?
Whichever type of Foie Gras, it should be placed into a refrigerator some hours before being served. Never put it into a freezer.
A thin and sharp knife or spoon should be used to cut it, dipped into hot water, and wiped before cutting each slice.
As a starter, serve between 40 to 50 g per person.
Take it out of the fridge 20 minutes before serving.
Never spread Foie Gras on bread; with the help of a fork, put it on a small piece of bread.
Foie Gras should be tasted using a fork, never with a knife.
